"My children attend an outdoor forest school, so we were looking for a good wool-blend base layer. I decided to splurge on these expensive ones instead of ordering a similar and cheaper version on Amazon. Oaki has always been a well loved brand with the children that attend our forest school. After only a handful of uses, I was disappointed to find that these base layer sets began to pill and small holes developed in areas that were unlikely to be from the kids activity. But it seems that the base layers kept them warm. I reached out to Oaki about this and they were very receptive and immediately replaced the items. I was impressed with their customer service and kindness! Perhaps my pairs were defective—we will be testing out the replacements once the weather gets cold again."
