We Make Returns Easy
To start a return, please enter the email used for your order in the form below. You can find our detailed return policy below.
General Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns can be requested up to 45 days after an order is shipped.
- U.S. customers: Use the automated returns portal above to generate a return authorization number and purchase a USPS shipping label.
- All returns must be requested through the returns portal to receive a refund or store credit. Items must be in new condition with tags attached and original packaging.
- No returns are accepted after 45 days.
International Returns
- International returns are at the customer’s expense. Please insure your return with your mail provider and email us the tracking information.

Manufacturer Defects Warranty
- Oaki products come with a generous 12-month prorated manufacturer's defect warranty from the date of purchase. The warrenty includes 2 full months of 100% coverage to account for delayed use.
The covered amount is based on use time and the amount originally paid for the item. Replacement requests will honor the original pricing reduced by the appropriate proration, so if you bought through your school, we've got you covered. This warranty covers issues such as defective seams, stitching or missing items. Broken zippers are not typically covered by the warranty. Please exercise care in using the water-resistant zippers as the toothing is fine and the sealing covering can get caught. We recommend helping young children with the zippers.

- For warranty claims, items must be returned within 12 months using the returns portal.
- In most cases, you will be asked to provide documentation of the reported issue, or follow a simple test, to assist us in continually improving our products.
- Shipping is covered on valid warranty claims within the continental U.S.

- All clearance items are final sale and non-returnable. Our return policy is firm to ensure fairness to all customers.
