Presale Policies

This message was updated November 15th and we anticipate the delayed Rain/Trail and Snowsuits to our facility on December 15th. This date is not guaranteed and may be adjusted. We will update this page daily with the most recent information available. Thank you again for your patience and continued support.

Many of our Rain/Trail Suits and Snowsuits are delayed due to supply chain disruptions being experienced across the world. The sizes and colors that are being sold as presales are indicated on the respected product pages. Nearly all sizes of the Snowsuits and many sizes of the Rain/Trail Suits, especially in sizes 5 and 6/7 are presale items. For specific information please refer to the product page. If a presale warning on the product page is not displayed or the presale warning does not list a certain size and color then the item is available and will be shipped according to our standard shipping policies.

All our presale products are items that have already arrived in the United States. Although these items have arrived within the United States, there are long delays at the ports that are causing delays getting the items to our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah.

We are watching the delivery schedules of these products daily and will do everything we can to facilitate their timely delivery to our headquarters and then to your address.

Please note, if you purchased presale items with items that are available now, we will ship the available items to you same day of purchase. The presold item or items will be shipped with free expedited shipping the day they arrive our facility. The receipt you will receive will include all items purchased, including the presold item or items. We will automatically ship your presold item when it is available, and an update tracking number will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.

Please check back on this page for the most up to date information regarding the estimated delivery date of your presold items. The date indicated above is the best and most accurate information we have on the anticipated delivery date.

You may cancel any presold item at any time and a full store credit will be immediately issued. We ask that you please give us time to work through the port congestions and ship your items to you. However, we also understand that these delays may cause issues and orders may need to be canceled. To cancel your presold item please write to info@oaki.com and include your order number and we will issue a store credit that will be sent to the email associated with your order.
